The task you write to the bot or in the form on the website, and what it contains: full names, addresses, document numbers, if you write them. The document is made from it, so everything written goes into the document.
You can send the bot photos or PDFs of your own documents — a passport, a diploma, a school certificate — for translation. The model reads them together with the task; the photo of a face on a document is not carried into the translation. They are kept the same way as the task. The website does not accept files.
The task is processed on servers outside Uzbekistan: the server of the website and the bot (Render, Germany) and the Claude model (Anthropic, USA) that makes the document. The transfer abroad is made with your consent (Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”): the bot asks for it before it reads the task, the website with a checkbox before the form is sent.
The task and the photos and PDFs sent with it are kept only in memory and never written to disk or to a database. They are deleted after an hour without activity, or at once with the “Delete my task” button in the bot. It stays in your Telegram chat: you delete that. On the website the task and the file are deleted 10 minutes after the download, or after an hour if not downloaded.
The database keeps the chat number and the time of consent — as proof of it, the number of paid orders — for the discount level, and what each call to the model cost — without the text of the task.
The server logs keep the chat number, the amount and the course of a payment — to look into a payment question. The text of the task is not written there. A “Payment question” request is kept in full and sent to the owner of the service in Telegram: it holds only what is needed to answer.
